Active Ingredients. Each tablet contains:
Glucosamine Hydrochloride 750mg
Dimethyl-Sulfone (MSM) 750mg
Boswellia serrata (Boswellia)
Extract equiv. to dry Gum Oleoresin 600mg
Standardised to Boswellic Acid 65mg
Chondroitin Sulfate (Bovine) 80mg
Manganese Gluconate 23.32mg
Equiv. to Manganese 3mg
Borax 6.61mg
Equiv. to Boron 750mcg

Dosage:

Adults take 1 tablet 2 times a day with main meals. For the relief of Gout take 1 tablet 2 times a day or as advised by your Healthcare Professional

Warnings and Contra-Indications:

Take at least two hours away from all other medications. Glucosamine is from a shellfish source, not suitable for people with shellfish allergies. Not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.  Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always read the label. Use only as directed.
