Deep Heat Sports Spray is designed to temporarily relieve the pain from sports-related muscular, aches, strains and sprains. It is effective for use as a pre-warm before exercise to loosen muscles

Directions:

Shake can well before use. Point Deep Heat Sports Spray towards area to be treated holding can approximately 15cm from the skin. Spray in short bursts. Massage is not required but may be used if desired, to increase warmth in the affected area. Use Deep Heat Sports Spray as a pre-warm before exercise to loosen muscles
